Looking Back, Looking Forward

I rarely bother with the annual year-end ritual of looking back at the old year and forward to the new one. Most of my years are pretty much the same. But things change. They started changing in 2009, when I wrote my first novel, during NaNoWriMo. They continued to change as writing fiction took over my life. They changed again when I published two novels and a short story in 2011. And the pace of change is picking up.

Here’s what’s been going on in my life and what will be going on over the next year or so.

Privileged Lives (novel)

The Warden (novel)

Ancien: Gift of Blood (novel)

Empire of Masks (Camp NaNo-June)

Breaking New Ground (post-Boundaries short story)

All the Little Children (short story)

Make Smashwords Work for You (how-to)

Finish (Publish?)

Within the Silence (short story)

Autobiography of a Perfect Slave (novella)

2013 (tentative)

Broken Places (novella)

Ancien: Outcasts of the Blood (novel)

Cast Out (Outcasts of Blood backstory)

Changelings (novella)

Silence (Hand Slaves short story)
